Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort Package
| Destination | Bel Ombre |
Outrigger Resorts was founded almost 70 years ago in Waikiki, Hawaii. And although the company is global today, we still enjoy celebrating our roots.
Some big and authentic Hawaiian flavors, hula dancing and Mai Tai cocktails have now come ashore at Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort. Every Saturday, the Resort honors its unique origin with a unique “Hawaiian night” celebration. Guests are invited to experience and celebrate the culture and food of Hawaii.
The night takes place in 2 main spaces of the resort: the Mercado restaurant, for dinner; and Bar Bleu, for dancing and entertainment.
During the Hawaiian Nights, Mercado serves a buffet filled with mouth-watering Hawaiian dishes including Big Island clam-lemongrass soup, Hawaiian-style fish tacos with mahi mahi, whole kalua pork, huli huli chicken, beef hekka and grilled calamari with potato puree, to name a few examples. The charcuterie section features poke, lomilomi salmon, SPAM® musubi, potato mac salad and sesame cabbage salad.
